What people don’t know about golf is that when the backswing has to come through, the body moves slightly. This is not to mean that you must start dancing all over the place but one thing is for sure – If you can have a good positioning for your elbows and arms, you are guaranteed
good power on your shots.

This is when you go about bending your wrists slightly, but please note to be under pressure because in such a situation, you may tighten your grip on the golf club. A good grip is where you can be firm with golf club during the backswing and yet feel relaxed all the time.

With the club on top of your head, you may have thought of winning the battle already. But this is where you have to work slightly on the positioning of the body. Be sure to have your left shoulder above the right shoulder and the left knee bent towards the right. Once you have maintained this position, you could go all out on your downswing.
