well said! The natural wrist hinge is a result of a full body coil and no conscious thought of hingeing the wrists, very powerful position to be in, hingeing early in many cases can lead to a reduced coil…..
Well said but strangely performed. He is turning so much that he is straightening his spine. no need to go that far before the club is hinged
In my opinion, Nicklaus’ hinge, and thus the LAG, came from his dynamic transition into the downswing. By aggressively moving into his left side to start the downswing, Nicklaus was able to retain the angle of his wrist set and, most importantly, the ‘load’ of his clubshaft, better than anyone who’s played the game. Even as an older player, Nicklaus’ dynamics allowed him to load the shaft as well as anyone.
this guys swing sucks
